Mijas Pueblo

Mijas Pueblo is a local village with white-washed houses located 400 meters above sea level and about 10km from the coast. It has somehow managed to retain much of its traditional Andalusian way of life.

In March 2024 for residential properties for sale were asked an average of € 3,316 per square meter, with an increase of 18.51% compared to March 2023 (2,798 €/m²).

Over the past 2 years, the average price in the Mijas Pueblo-Sierra area reached its peak in the month of February 2024, with a value of € 3,329 per square meter.
